I am woking in @@ bureau, in charge with the administration of masports. Maybe teachers are not familiar with this work. Now, I would like to introduce it briefly. Administration of masports is composed ofthree parts: organization of National Fit-keeping Program, building of physical fitnefacilities, administration of maorganizations. development of economy and society, the constant improvement of the level of living, People are becoming more conscious of health and fitness, The streon administration of masports is weighing more and more heavily.

　　自20xx年參加工作工作以來(lái)，我一直從事行政管理工作;由于在大學(xué)里我所學(xué)的專業(yè)是英語(yǔ)，管理知識(shí)接觸很少，只能在實(shí)踐中摸索。這次報(bào)考中國(guó)XX大學(xué)的mba,主要目的是能夠通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)提高自己，同時(shí)借助學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，多與老師、同學(xué)們交流，對(duì)自己20xx年來(lái)的經(jīng)歷做一次總結(jié)，為今后的發(fā)展確定新的目標(biāo)和方向。

My major at university is english, wtihout the systematic learning on management, I can only learn by practice in the past years.
