在全腦訓練課上有一種訓練是練習繞口令，這種訓練方法可以有效的練習孩子們說話口齒清晰的能力。大家都希望孩子能說一口流利標準的普通話吧，而想練好普通話最好的方法就是練習繞口令。
“繞口令”的最大特點是“拗口”。它是學習語言藝術(如相聲、快板等等)的必修課。可以鍛煉人“舌”、“唇”、“齒”的相互配合的技巧，被形象地稱為“口腔體操”。練習繞口令最好從兒童時期開始，尤其是方言地區。
