求職信書寫格式及注意事項

　　一、書寫格式及注意事項：

　　書信的格式

　　稱謂：Dear Sirs, Dear Madams, Sir, Madam

　　正文的書寫格式

　　結(jié)尾套語的書信格式：Sincerely Yours, Wang li

　　附件：如有附件就在簽名下方的左下角注明 Enclosure(s) (Encl(s))

　　如：Enclosures: 1 A curriculum vitae , 簡歷

　　2 A photocopy of CET Band four certificate

　　3 A photocopy of bachelor degree certificate

　　4 A photocopy of diploma

　　二、求職信的內(nèi)容 (Contents of Application Letters)

　　1、說明寫信的緣由和動機：是毛遂自薦，還是看到招聘，從友人處得到信息。

　　2、說明你應(yīng)聘的職位。

　　3、介紹個人的情況：年齡、性別、受教育程度、婚姻狀況、工作經(jīng)驗、特殊技能等。如無經(jīng)驗可敘述一下在學(xué)校里類似的經(jīng)驗。

　　4、結(jié)尾：寫求職信的目的是獲得面試的機會，因此在結(jié)尾時一般應(yīng)請求用人單位安排面試。

　　三、求職信常用術(shù)語 (Sentences for the beginning)：

　　1、起首語

　　* In answer (reply) to your advertisement in today’s China Daily, I respectfully offer my services for the situation.

　　* With reference to your advertisement in Sichuan Daily of June 10.for an English teacher, I offer myself for the post.

　　* Your advertisement for an assistant communication manager in today's Mianyang Daily has interested me. I feel I can fill that position.

　　* Please consider me an applicant for the position which you.advertised in Jiefang Daily of June 5.

　　* Having noticed the enclosed advertisement in Chongqing Daily of May 4 for an Executive Secretary, I would like to apply for this post.

　　* I wish to apply for the position you offered in China Daily of may 8.

　　* On looking over today's China Daily, my attention was attracted by your advertisement for a Database Executive. As I am now desirous of obtaining such a position, I should like to apply for it.

　　* I found your advertisement in yesterday's South Daily, and now apply for the position of purchasing assistant in" your company.

　　* Your advertisement in China Daily in April 28 intrigued me because it offers advancement in a field for which I am particularly qualified by experience and aptitude.

　　* I am very excited and delighted of the good news that you are recruiting an account director; I think I am your proper choice.

　　2、自薦信起首句(in making self-recommendation)
